If you are on a diet and feel like having a snack, eat an apple.
If you aren't hungry enough to eat an apple,
you aren't hungry enough for a snack.

  5. hey, thanks for the comment on my blog-your right, they dont always spot it, but a few of us that write this have been purging and trying to recover) numerous times a day for over 5 years. I guess this made it easier to spot-i have major dentist phobia, didnt go for a couple of years, and when i did the first thing my dentist asked was 'are you bulimic?'. I think what you can take from that is good-you have doen any significant damage to your teeth, and try and keep it that way:)

    I dont want to encourage any ro-active weight loss, but i do honestly understand what its like to be trapped in an ED, and if you want to ask anything, or think of anything you'd like us to post about, feel free to leave a comment or drop us an email
